Michelle Rappold has been a part of the childcare field for over three years and brings warmth, dedication, and a true passion for working with young children. She loves guilding children through new experiences, supporting their development, and creating a nurturing environment where they feel safe, valued, and encouraged to grow.

Michelle has been married to her husband, David, for 36 years, and together they have two children, Will and DeAnna. Outside of work, she treasures time spent with her family and enjoys sharing her love and care with those around her.
