As a ServSafe certified professional, he prioritizes both health and safety while also encouraging healthy eating habits that support children's growth and development. ​

Known for his fun and friendly demeanor, Dwayne enjoys bringing positivity to the kitchen and beyond. He especially loves seeing the children's smiling faces and knowing he plays a part in their happiness and well-being.

Outside of work, Dwayne enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog. A lifelong sports fan, he especially loves baseball and basketball.
